Everything is edible except for the lid although it's covered in sugar fondant.

Cigars are made in fondant, tags where hand painted fondant.

Chocaholic cake: Chocolate with chocolate ganache, served more than 30 people.

Cupcakes couture!

What cupcakes could suit best our couture cake bag? Pink Quilted cupcakes!

Of course Cake Couture had to create a couture bag!

It's the same size as a real Chanel bag. Have a close look at the details, we are very proud of them, not often will you see this, usualy chains aren't that detailed for instance.

Snoopy and Moogly

This cake was ordered by a friend of mine for her husband's birthday. The fondant sculptures depict their two dogs and their toy.

I love it when I get to work from a picture!

The picture doesn't really show but it's quite a large cake, it served over 50 people.

Inside is chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling with a twist of Kirsch.

A truck for a very difficult client

Here I am, after the website, after the facebook page I guessed a blog woul be the best way to share with you my love of baking and creating original cakes. Nothing makes me happier than happy clients.

This truck cake was baked for the worst client I ever had: First he kept changing his mind, then he asked me everyday for a week if it was ready, then he did not pay me, but that of course is because he's my beloved son!

Inside is chocolate with vanilla buttercream filling and it served up to 12 people.
